It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Galen Queen of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lony T. Queen and Nellie Stuart Queen; and his wife Virginia P. Queen. He is survived by: his children, Gaylene Cottone, Arthur Queen, Lona Queen, Kenneth Queen and Joy Sterner; his grandchildren, Anthony, Frank, Virginia, Sarah, Emma, Samuel, Ben and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Anthony, Alyssa, Daniela, Jordyn, Cameron, Shayne, Brandon, Ethan and Erika.
