He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crawford and Mildred Crawford; his brothers, Wayne and William Crawford; and his sister-in-law Janet Pierson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Small Crawford; his daughter Michelle Crawford; his grandson Michael Lyles; his pet Bam Bam; his sister Linda Davis (Tom); his brothers-in-law, Charlie Small (Fran) and Wesley Small (Sally); and his uncle Freddie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in his name to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, or a preferred charity.
