We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2022, at the age of 86, Franklin Taylor Hodo of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Ethelsville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Columbus and Flora Crummie Hodo; his siblings, Robert Hodo, Ruby Underwood and Helen Greenhouse (Kenneth); and his son Dewan Miguel Hodo (Sue Snively).

He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Hodo; his children, Edwin Hodo, Lathan Hodo (Julie) and Frank Hodo (Sharon O'Donnell); his grandchildren, Nakesha Hodo (Tiffany Bryson), Franklin A. Hodo (Selena Buendia), Kiara Hodo, Meg and Lucy Kuchma; his great grandchildren, Jerimiah Clayburn and Isiah Hodo; and his siblings, Lucile Whitehead (Earnest), Dorothy Hodo, Juanita Ross (Hollis), Margaret Nash (Walter) and Clayton Hodo (Rita).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
