He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Peters and Marie Chase Peters; his wife Roslyn M. Arnold of Newnan, Georgia; and his children, Andre Peters, Teresa Peters of Washington, D. C., Yvonne Ricks (Albuquerque), Patricia Peters and Marie Antoinette Peters. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
