Fazil A. Mohamed D.D.S. Obituary

He is survived by: his wife Willa Mohamed; his parents-in-law, Sharon, Christopher Warner, Fazil, LeAnne Mohamed, Janan, Amir Gohari, Lisa Johnson and Marcus Johnson; his grandchildren, Jordan Warner, Alexandra Warner, Miranda Pratt, Madison Warner, Julia Pratt, Chase Williams, Mina Gohari and Armin Gohari; and his siblings, Zilly, Farida Mohamed and Adil Mohamed. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
