It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esperanza R. Elias of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Elias; and her sister Grace R. Koebke. She is survived by: her siblings, German Rodriguez, Candida R. Lorenzo, Caesar Rodriguez and Jaime Rodriguez; and her nephews, Edward H. Koebke (Patricia M.) and George A. Koebke (Gennifer G.).
