She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert D. Horowitz; and her daughter Ruth Sacks [Horowitz]. She is survived by: her son Joseph Horowitz; her daughter-in-law Sara Deutsch of Yonkers, NY; her grandchildren, Harriet, Julia, Rachel and Jake; and her caregiver Lucy. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
