It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Efrosini Malavakis (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Emmanuel Sardelis. She is survived by: her mother Anna Sardelis; her husband George Malavakis; her brother Philip Sardelis; her daughters, Anna Gibson and Alexandra Malavakis; her grandchildren, George, Stephanos, Jaylin and William; her nieces and nephews, Alexander of Christina, JC, Mykiah, Nicolas, Anna, Manoli and Leilani; and also, Taylor and Lyric.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church (721 Norwood Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20905). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906).
