Sheppard (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Carleton and Arthur Carleton; her husband Harold L. Sheppard; and her sons, Robert Sheppard of New York and Clifton Sheppard of Virginia.
She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Virginia Sheppard of New York and Dianna Sheppard of Virginia; her grandchildren, Crystal Lewis (Charles) of North Carolina, Lindsey Dean (James) of Ohio, Brittany Doran (William) of Washington and Cory Sheppard of Virginia; and her friends, Anthony and Patricia Lipuma of Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
