He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cook and Marie Cook. He is survived by: his brothers, Ron, Steve, Greg, Chris and Ken; his wife Margaret; and his daughters, Elizabeth Davis (Zach) and Kimberly Delaquil (Mark). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
