Salan of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Sam Salan and Isabel Salan; his brother Sidney; and his sister-in-law Nancy B. Salan. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Jerry Salan; his nieces, Suzanne Udoni (Joseph), Sarabeth Stielow (Bret) and Samantha Clark (James); his nephew Scott Salan (Stacy Jo); and his cousins, Leslie, Frankie Geer of Snohomish, WA and Janet Taber of Waupaca.
