He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan R. Valdes; his children, Jeannie Williams (John), Susan G. Spokely and David G Spokely Jr.; his stepchildren, Deborah Hirsch (Rich), Alicia Williams, Erika Lucas and Christopher Valdes (Leigh Anne); his grandchildren, Diana Rekos, Cyndi Rekos, Deb Rekos, David Spokely III, Daniel Spokely, Andy Hirsch, Chandler Williams, Hugh Williams and Will Valdes; his great grandchildren, Everitt Beecher and Nathaniel Spokely; his stepgrandson Ken Hirsch; and his friend Dave.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
