He is survived by: his brother-in-law Finley; his wife Carlene Victoria Jackson; his children, Clarence Willie "Rocky" Jackson III (Shelia) of Capitol Heights, MD, Joseph Edward Henry (Laverne) of Bowie, MD and Maria Yvette Young (Walter) of Beltsville, MD; his grandchildren, Doelice Champion (Brandon), Theresa Tracey (Randy), Rannieta Torres (Joey), Sean Young, Brian Young, Joseph Henry Jr. and Lawren Henry; his siblings-in-law, Willis Henry, Betty and Gloria Henry; his cousins, Elmer "Buddy" Brown and Charlie Blandford; and his friends, Robert, Shelley Boswell, Valerie Mallett, Reginald, Leona, Gerald, Martina, Priscilla, Esco, Keith, Mark, Wanda, Ernest and Billy. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home (11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
