We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2021, at the age of 95, Charlotte R. Lowman of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Carnegie and Rozella G. Carnegie (Peters); her husband James W. Lowman; her son William J. "Billy" Lowman; and her brother James Carnegie.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine A. "Cathy" Roman (Philip) of Waynesboro; and her grandchildren, Michael Roman, Amy Bryant, Tim Roman, Steven Roman and Cindy Rife. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
