She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Wesley Thomas Sr. of Sandy Spring, MD and Theresa Lee Kay Thomas of Gumberry, NC.; her former spouse Ammon Leon Miller; her children, Ammon Leon Miller, Jr. (Leon) and Janice Miller Buffert Davis; her grandchildren, Jeanette Buffert, Ammon L. Miller III, John C. Buffert Jr. (Crystal) and Janique Ettel; her great grandchildren, Troy D. Smith, Jonice A. Buffert, Renee E. Buffert, Vivica L. Buffert and Ariann Newman; and her great great grandchildren, Nova Davis-Cray and Zahari Davis-Cray. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
