With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Martin (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Milton; her children, Joseph Martin (Diann), Steven Martin (Kim Kuryea), Sandra Martin (Gary Homana) and David Martin (Alison); and her sister Phyllis Raab.
