It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ross Holder (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on August 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sibling Hallie Holder. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Holder, Lucille Riggs and Myrtle Goldberg; and his brother-in-law Alan Goldberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alan Goldberg to help cover the funeral expenses.
