It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Arthur Moore of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparent Gerry. He is survived by: his parents, Alpha E. Moore and Jay S. Moore; his sister Jessica Walgenbach (Moore); his brother-in-law Kevin Walgenbach; his nephew Jack Walgenbach; and his grandmothers, Carolyn Moore, Carol Wegrzyn and Estela Flores. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
