He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor; his daughter Linda Zaritsky; his parents, Pete Zando and Julia Zando; and his siblings, Raymond Zando, Mary White and Josephine Zando.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Zando (Bob Blayney) and Sandy Howard (Steve); his grandson Tyler Howard (Rachel Lee); and his adoptive sons, Thom Gunzenhauser and Ken Sanchez.
