Hayes (Tinisha) and Douglas Scot Wellington Hayes; her grandchildren, Amara Jackson, Anthony Jackson, Jr, Destiny, Taylor and David Hayes; and her siblings, Erie Martinez Ward, Jr, Thomas A. Ward III, Eleanor T. Johnson and Walter Denham Ward Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
