He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lara; his children, Roberto Lara, Sandra Moreira and Silvia Pillay; his children-in-law, Megan Lara, Pradistra Pillay and Thiago Moreira; his grandchildren, Paige, Owen, Miles and Diana; and his siblings, Justo Luis, Elias Guillermo, Maria Josefina and Elena Martha.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rockville Christian Church (301 Adclare Rd, Rockville, MD 20850). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
