She was predeceased by: her father Lemuel Alphonso Tooke; and her sisters, Ivory Erma Tooke Howard, Ruth Naomi Tooke Butcher and Frances Jean Elkins. She is survived by: her children, Andre Mario Duffy and Felicia Joy Duffy; her grandchildren, Maya Liddell, Stacey Plaskett, Desiree Dillard, Jeremiah, Christian, Ariel, Israel, Andre Jr. and Braxton; her siblings, Linda Kaye Tooke, Alice Faye Edwards, Lemuel Alphonso Tooke, Jr., Leon Arthur Tooke and Horace (Ida); and her aunts, Leola Procter and Irma Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Habitat For Humanity, Doctors Without Borders, or March Of Dimes.
