Betty Eakin Stith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Eakin Stith (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lowell and Edith May Eakin (Robinson); her husband Kenneth E. Stith; and her siblings, Bessie Stigall and Walter Eakin.

She is survived by: her children, Karen V. Bardwell of Chalmette, LA, Kevin L. Stith (Linda) of Silver Spring, MD, David E. Stith (Sarah) of Lothian, MD and Lynn E. Stith-Bennett (Bobby) of Edgewater, MD.; and her grandchildren, Kenny Bardwell, Kristy Bardwell, Kimberly Stith, Michelle Morton, Laura Armstrong, Brooke Morehouse, Amy Windsor, Troy Bardwell, Tori Salinas, Todd Bardwell, Dana Jackson, Crystal Bennett, Kyle Bennett and Carrie DiLodovico. She is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.
