We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2024, at the age of 101, Beneva L Mondor (Silver Spring, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Schulte and Peter Beno Schulte; her husband Roland Sorensen; her son Alan Mondor; and her sons-in-law, Gerald Hayes and John Thomas Noga.
She is survived by: her children, Christine (Mondor), Steven Feher, Raymond Mondor, Michele Hayes (Mondor), Marguerite Noga (Mondor), Paul, Marion Mondor (Burgin) and Mark Mondor (Joyce McNemar); her grandchildren, Kenneth Feher (Brian), Jillian Feher (Daniel), Kimberly Feher (Lawrence), Elmer Hayes (Jennifer), Ryan White (Christopher Hayes), Ahren (Sinead Noga), Carianne Noga (Damien Noga), Rudolph (Hayley Burgin), Stefanie (Michael Evans) and Kelly (Bryce Sheppard); her great grandchildren, Kaelynn Feher, Colby Feher, Bradley Feher, Emily Feher, Edward Sweet, Alicia Feher, Samantha Feher, Lillian White, Sienna Noga, Eva Noga, Caleb Burgin and Cameron Evans; and her daughter-in-law Karen (Gary Schlueter).
In 1984, she started an annual tradition of gathering in Bethany Beach DE for Family Beach Week, which lasted through 2019 but then was disrupted by the Covid pandemic.
