He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son David; his daughter-in-law Susan; his granddaughters, Naomi, Eliya and Mikala of Cabin John; his significant other Sharon Newman of Silver Spring; and his parents, Rose Bortnick and Philip Bortnick.
