She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Hart. She is survived by: her children, Annmarie Kerbaugh (Ed), Megan Hart and John Hart (Doreen); her grandchildren, Colleen Mullenix (Shaun), John Kerbaugh (Whitney), Michael Kerbaugh (Colleen), Steve Brand and Tom Brand; her great grandchildren, Ciara Mullenix, Hailey Mullenix, Grace Kerbaugh and Jack Kerbaugh; and her brother Charles Bauman (Betty Anne).
