She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Kramer; her parents, Ida Frances and Samuel M. Evans, Sr.; and her siblings, Eugene, Thomas Evans, Dorothy Gates, Mary Parks, Samuel M. Evans, Jr., Robert Evans, Patricia Maumary and Virginia Lee Shrader.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Baker (Richard), Denise Silver (Steve) and Frederick Kramer; her grandchildren, Todd Baker (Danielle), Lauren Baker Aponte (Angel), Amy Nesbit (Mike), Megan Hook (Travis), Devon, Delaney Kramer, Natalie, Stephanie and Nicholas Aponte; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Landon, Payton Baker and Miles Hook; and her brother William Ernest Evans (Dianna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
