He was predeceased by: his father James Blinkoff. He is survived by: his children, Jake, Isaac and Zeke; the mothers of children, Holly Minnear and Nicole Lokey; his mother Jeanne Blinkoff; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Balck; his nephew Hunter Balck; his nieces, Campbell and Carlie Balck; and also Rachel Balck of Greenville, SC.
