He is survived by: his wife Pamela Broomall; his children, Jesse Shaw (Melanie), Brandon Shaw, Rebecca Dorfmann, Jayme Dorfmann and James Koubek; his siblings, Betsy Hirschel (Ron) and Tracey Dorfmann (Mitch Polun); and his grandchildren, Lilliana Mills, Charlotte Mills and Addison Shaw.
