Alice Gritz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Gritz in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Drysdale Jordan and Virginia Adele Jordan; and her sisters, Norma Jeanne Green, Virginia May Storton, Phebe Adele Jandrall and Shirley Ann McDonald.

She is survived by: her husband Herman Gritz; her children, Marc Gritz, Shawn Gritz (Abby) and Julie Gritz Coe (Alan); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan Gritz, Joshua, Bradley, Alison Gritz, Reece and Riley Coe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal rescue charity of your choice.
