She was predeceased by: her parent Alda M. Payne. She is survived by: her parent Clayton E. Payne, Sr.; her siblings, Margaret Dodge and Clayton E. Payne, Jr.; her daughters, Heather D. Riley and Monica L. Hoybach (Ricky); and her grandchildren, Olivia and Ivy Hoybach.
Memorial donations may be made to a local chapter of the SPCA.
