He was predeceased by: his wife Angela Marie Puhl; his son David (Michelle); and his brothers, Dave and Richard Puhl. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Cecilia), Frank (Renee) and Ann Puhl; his grandchildren, Michael, Steven, Jonathan, Joseph, Christine, Brett, Angela, Brittany, Brandon, Anthony, Danielle, Michelle, Lauren, Kevin and Collin; and his great grandchildren, Noela, Blake, Jax, Camden and Mia.
