He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cheezum; his son Kevin Kelley of Claiborne; his granddaughters, Kaitlin Norris (Josh) of Camden-Wyoming, DE and Taylor Kelley of Claiborne; his great grandchildren, Caleb and Avery Norris; and his sister Deborah L. Russ of Easton.
