She was predeceased by: her parent Bunji Ohitogata; her husband David Leon Taylor; and her son-in-law Gene Martin of Blacksburg, SC.. She is survived by: her parent Tsuru Ohitogata; her children, Jackie T. Martin of Blacksburg, SC, Yvonne T. Mahabir of Fairfax, VA, Michelle Taylor of Sharpsburg, MD, Anthony "Tony" Taylor of Sharpsburg, MD and Amar Mahabir of Fairfax, VA; and her grandchildren, Justin Taylor, Sullivan Mahabir, Pheobe Mahabir and Autumn Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
