She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Albert Churchey and Anna Belle McGowan Forsythe; and her husband Dallas Ray Jamison. She is survived by: her nieces, Conda L. Slick (Michael) of Boonsboro, MD, Brenda L. Dellinger (Robert) of Boonsboro, MD and Melinda L. Ruthenburg (David) of Key West, FL; her brother-in-law Claude W. Eccard; and her friends, Neil, Bonnie, Trevor, Wendell and Matthew. She is also survived by 1 great niece and 2 great nephews; 1 great great niece and 3 great great nephews.
