He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harry and Pauline Lydia Green Kline; and his sister Betty Price. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Jane Kline; his sons, Thomas P. Kline (Mary Anna) of Williamsport, MD, Michael Kline of Sharpsburg, MD, Brad Kline (Chante) of Sharpsburg, MD and Eric Kline (Joni) of Sharpsburg, MD; and his sister Phyllis Hall of Boonsboro, MD. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
