He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis A. Mummert and Pamela L. Mummert (Price); and his sister-in-law Lisa Mummert. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Mummert, Mitchell Mummert (Anna) and Melanie McCarty (Steven); and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
