He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony and Eunice Grace Garrett Fasulo. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Godwin Fasulo; his daughters, Amy M. Fasulo-Morey (Randy) of Sharpsburg, MD, Karen M. Poffenberger (Brian) of Sharpsburg, MD, Linda T. Fasulo-Whitmore (Josh) of Rohrersville, MD and Laura C. Thomas (Mark) of Boonsboro, MD; his sister Janet Fasulo Smith of Leesburg, FL; his grandchildren, Anastasia Martinez, Cayla Morey, Savanna Morey, Cole Palmer, Riley Palmer, Kendall Poffenberger, Bella Poffenberger and Michael Thomas; his great grandchildren, Jaykob and Laddie; and his son-in-law Jake Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; longtime friend.
