He is survived by: his wife Wanda Payne; his father Clifton Payne; his pets, Gunnar and Kalypso; his children, Shandy Marie Ghanayem of Sharpsburg, MD, Steven Joseph Payne of Sharpsburg, Nathaniel David Payne of Gerrardstown, WV and Hillary Denise Rife of Clear Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Aaron Ghanayem, Caden Ghanayem, Lainey Lhote, Michaela Lhote, Scarlet Payne, Chayce Rife and Camden Carter Rife; and his siblings, Mike Payne, Rick Payne, Eddie Payne, Brenda Payne, Tina Delauter, Jerry Payne and Chris Payne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
