He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Lynn Staley and Deborah Mae Staley (McConiga) of Sharpsburg, MD.; his wife Sarah Lynn Staley; his brother Seth Lynn Staley (Jaclyn); his nieces and nephews, Eliza of Hagerstown, MD, Abel of Hagerstown, MD, Sylvia of Hagerstown, MD and Dean Tyler Staley (Kaylin); his grandchild Ella; his parents-in-law, Carolyn Wollard and Raymond R. Wollard, II; his sister-in-law Rachel Olson (Jake); and his nieces and nephews, Tosh of Hagerstown, MD. and Roxy of Hagerstown, MD..
