He is survived by: his wife Hazel I. "Skeeter" Armel Bussard; his sons, Michael L. Bussard (Stephanie) of Sharpsburg, MD and Joel L. Bussard (Angela) of Shady Grove, PA; and his stepchildren, Milton G. Stover (Rebekah) of Inwood, WV, Linda D. Stover of Martinsburg, WV and Kathy L. Moquin of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
