With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward Waters of Sharpsburg, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2024 at the age of 70. Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A graveside service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Samples Manor Cemetery (2128 Harpers Ferry Rd, Sharpsburg, MD 21782).
