He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Ethel Louise Tucker Allen; and his brother Roy Itnyre. He is survived by: his daughter Angie L. Smith (Michael) of Sharpsburg, MD; his granddaughter Jada M. McIntire of Waynesboro, PA; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Mason and Caleb; his siblings, MaeEtta Macafee of Hagerstown, MD, Virginia Ridenour of Hagerstown, MD and Arthur Myers of Quincy, PA; and his cousin Mary Lou. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
