She was predeceased by: her parents, William St John and Ann Joan Moriarty Maggi; and her siblings, William Maggi, II, Ann Maggi and Shannon Maggi.
She is survived by: her husband Philip D. Pannill; her children, Michael J. Pannill (Jennifer) of Hagerstown, MD and Kelly M. Pannill-Perkins (Charles) of Charles Town, WV; her granddaughters, Taylor Perkins, Conner Perkins and Kyle Perkins; her great grandchildren, Paislee Orem and Jaxson Orem; and her brother Chris Maggi, Sr. (Kim) of Waldorf, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other extended family.
