He was predeceased by: his parent Oliver Franklin; his siblings, Anna Mae Whitlock, Mary V. Morgan and George F. Kretzer; his nephews, Dick Morgan and Tom Morgan; and also Kirk T. Otto.
He is survived by: his parent Rebecca Mae Jamison Kretzer; his former wife Wilma Jean Metz Kretzer; his spouse Betty Jane Sprecher Otto; and his nieces and nephews, Audrey J. Spielman, Kevin Morgan, Jeff Morgan, Mike Zimmerman, Tracey Plasterer, Holly Kulikowski, Carol Allen and Jacquie Richardson.
