It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Clipp of Sharpsburg, Maryland, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey L. Shirley and Annie Elizabeth Domer Shirley; and her siblings, Irene, Mary, Margaret, Evelyn and Henry Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Taylor Clipp of Sharpsburg, MD; her son Darrin W. Clipp of Sharpsburg, MD; her brother Harvey Shirley of Philadelphia, PA; and her stepsister Wilma Kretzer of Sharpsburg, MD.
