She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Leroy and Viola "Maggie" Hosler Slick; and her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Rutherford and Leroy Slick. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence L. Hoffman; her sons, David W. Hoffman (Yoko) of Adamstown, MD and Daniel L. Hoffman of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nathan, Megan, Patrick, Skyler and Lukas; her great grandchildren, Mila and Roman; and her brother Darrin Slick of Waynesboro, PA..
