She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lohman and Mary Margaret Lohman (Keesecker); her husband Max R. Higgins; and her sister Florence A. Lohman. She is survived by: her sons, George Higgins (Regina), Alan Higgins and Timothy Higgins (Debbie); and her sister Lauretta Stotler. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Alice's name to the Boonsboro Family Worship Center (Food Bank), 7605 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713.
