He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbridge Sibley and Elizabeth Sibley; his wife Marjorie Hegge of Davidsonville, MD.; his children, Sheila (Ian Warden) of Gouverneur, NY, Tony (Michelle-Collins Sibley) of Alliance, OH and Michael (Sarah) of Richmond Hts; his stepdaughters, Annelie (John Lusby) of Davidsonville, MD and Katrina (Adam Mullins) of Accokeek, MD; his former wife Barbara; and his grandson Michael.
