She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy P. Phelps and Ann Phelps (Murphy); her husband David Hall, Sr.; her brother John Wayne Phelps; and her niece Melanie Ann Hallowell.
She is survived by: her son Patrick Wayne Hall; her stepchildren, David Hall, Jr. of Dunkirk, April Dillion (Michael) of Milford, DE, Kyle Hall (Amanda) of St. Leonard and John Hall of Chesapeake Beach; her sister Donna Sherwood (Rob) of Stevensville; and her nieces, Shannon Brinkley (Brett) and Kristen Phelps. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
